Before any work begins on your home, we require a 50% deposit, accompanied by clear written documentation confirming the payment amount and project scope. No funds are ever collected without proper paperwork — ensuring transparency and peace of mind from day one.
As the project reaches the second half of completion, an additional 40% progress payment is due. This allows our team to continue delivering quality workmanship while also protecting the contractor from delays or nonpayment.
The remaining 10% final balance is due upon full completion of the project and final walkthrough.
